We offer classes to people of all ages and part of what we do is facilitate classes for children of all ages. From Early Years classes at the Tate, Primary School children performing with us for Waterloo Carnival, to a combined group of Primary Schoolers offering a samba percussion accompaniment to the BBC Orchestra.<\/p>\n<p>We are glad to announce that we are holding events to encourage children to participate in samba related activities.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #26660d;\"><strong>Sunday 11th March 2018, <\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #26660d;\"><strong>3.30pm &#8211; 4.30pm<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #26660d;\"><strong>(please arrive 15 mins early)<\/strong><\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<strong>Waterloo Action Centre, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>14 Baylis Rd, <\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>SE1 7AA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Teachers: Orqu\u00eddea Lima and Fred Turuka.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #4f4f4f;\"><strong>Ages 3-7<\/strong> (however we&#8217;re flexible)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #4f4f4f;\"><strong> Admission<\/strong>:\u00a0\u00a35 per child, additional children \u00a33!<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #4f4f4f;\"><strong>Register <a style=\"color: #4f4f4f;\" href=\"https:\/\/form.jotformeu.com\/80502480443348\"><span style=\"color: #0bc114;\">HERE<\/span><\/a> by 10th March.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Learn basic samba rhythms with both movement and percussion<\/li>\n<li>Encourage listening to one another<\/li>\n<li>Fun and energetic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that hearing protection is required and although we do have some ear defenders, they are in limited supply, so bring your own if possible.
