For many at London School of Samba<\/a>, Emilce de Alexandre was one of the faces of Notting Hill Carnival and it is with great sadness that she passed away shortly before Notting Hill this year.<\/p>\n

Tomorrow morning our dear friend will be laid to rest.<\/p>\n

  3. Friday 26 Sep 2014 at 19:30<\/strong>\u00a0– Mass in Portuguese at\u00a0Our Lady, Queen of Heaven, Catholic Church in Queensway.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Thank you in advance to those attending the funeral tomorrow and the mass on Friday.<\/p>\n

    Notes for tomorrow<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Please be mindful with the timings as the service will be held at 10am \u00a0sharp and will last 30 min only.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Arrival time: \u00a0<\/strong>could those with instruments, please arrive at 09:30am to be introduced to Mr Jason Agnew, Emilce’s friend,to decide which music to play.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Dress code<\/strong>: LSS was a huge part in Emilce’s life, so, please LSS members wear LSS t-shirt or hoodie.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Order of the day<\/strong>: will be distributed on arrival.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Gathering:\u00a0<\/strong>After the service, we will head to Barraco, a Brazilian restaurant, which has been booked for us as from 12:15. It is about \u00a020min ride from the crematorium on the 328 bus.<\/p>\n
